Born and raised in the sports capital of the world: Melbourne, Australia. Dan was blessed with an active lifestyle, full of team-oriented sports and fitness as both an athlete and coach. He has an obsession for Australian Football, sports specific strength and functional training as well as creating a healthy and well balanced lifestyle for clients. Dan takes great pride in developing and maintaining new and long term social support through social events and ongoing supportive training strategies. Dan aims to improves your physical and social health as well as educating you about the pillars of living a healthy lifestyle.

Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science.
Bachelor of Business (Sports Management).

Jack Davis

Jack Davis

Head Coach | Personal Trainer | Manager

JD has always had a profound interest in sport & understanding how the body works in regards to movement & body composition. The physiological and psychological demands of any transformation have always interested him. After recently having a stint in the VFL – JD has now turned his interests into completing his degree, attending high-class courses to improve himself & his clients.

As an athlete, JD has made his way down from the high-class Sydney Swans Academy in 2013 to continue his AFL dream at Sandringham Zebras. He has now grown a reputation in the strength & conditioning industry with longevity guaranteed in the Health & Fitness industry. He has been a popular coach at TWM for over 4 years specializing in body composition, nutrition and exercise programming. He has a thirst for knowledge and an extremely disciplined mindset. This highlights the standards he sets for clients. JD has also held leadership roles in his school and sports team and is an extremely hard working, educated and motivated individual.

JEM

Exercise Phyisologist | Personal Trainer

Jem is one of the most respected female athletes in the local Bayside and wider state community. She was a naturally talented junior athlete with an appetite to achieve the highest results possible.

Jem is a National Champion at The Australian Life Saving Championships and also a member of the Victorian State team for the past 8 years. Her passion in Exercise Physiology and rehabilitation has brought a new dimension into our overall training habits and practcies.

Jem believes: “Exercise is a way of life and should be implemented into our everyday activities for optimal health and further prevent chronic conditions and pathologies.”

Mark Gledhill

Mark Gledhill

Personal Trainer | Golf Performance Manager

Gleds has been a member of TWM for almost 2 and half years now. Gleds has grown up in Melbourne and experienced a wide array of sports including golf, volleyball and football. He has a love for sport and has an extreme and healthy obsession for Fitness and Health.

Gleds has travelled the world with professional golfers as a direct golf caddy and specialises in working with Golfers. He is also a high level golfer himself and takes great pride in his knowledge of the physical requirements involved with Golf & Performance.

Gleds is notorious for being one of the happiest people alive and never fails to make those around him feel better about not only themselves but also improve their whole day. Gleds often says his favourite part of his job is that he has the ability to make people leave happier, healthier and more confident in themselves than when they walked in the door.

Alex Langridge

Exercise Physiologist | Personal Trainer

Alex ‘Langa’ Langridge is another Bayside born and bred coach who has a passion for a healthy, well-balanced and exercise filled lifestyle. She always attacks her day with a smile & energy – pushing other people to be better versions of themselves! She loves sports and is a very active person who is always looking continually improve herself as a person.

Originally a client to start, Alex was always asking intrigued with exercise programming and how the body moves. After recently completing a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology – she has extensive knowledge of the human body has a profound interest in making people move better, feel better & mostly improving their quality of life.

Langa has great experience in coaching multiple sports, gets incredible results with clients and always want to improve not only her own education but also those around her including clients & work colleagues.

Liam Coghlan

Liam Coghlan

Strength & Conditioning Coach | Personal Trainer

Whilst on placement at TWM for his Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science Degree the level of positive feedback from clients on his mannerisms and knowledge was significant. ‘Cogs’ loves Strength & Conditioning, helping people & Health & Fitness.

Growing up in the local Bayside area as well, Cogs main sports have been AFL, Surfing and Basketball. He takes a great interest in working with Junior athletes, general population clients & any sports specific athletes.

Cogs consistently wants to improve and shows a great amount of potential for the future in the industry.
