PRIVATE TRAINING OR 2v1 TRAINING

Working with a personal trainer in a one-on-one or 2v1 environment gives us the chance to further personalise your training program to help achieve your long term goals and get you the body and results you have always dreamt of. Fast track your progress and build confidence both in and out of the gym with our coaches’ guidance and support.

Our coaches will focus on your overall wellness by giving you the necessary tools to make the fitness, lifestyle & behaviour changes you never thought were possible. By applying the principles of strength training and nutrition in a scientific yet basic way – you will consistently achieve fantastic results.

Includes:

– 45 or 60-minute training sessions multiple times per week.

– Structured training programs.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Do you enjoy training with a team? Want to step up your training? Our Small Group training brings together like-minded individuals into a group training setting, under the watchful eye of some of our most experienced coaches. Enhance your own motivation, keep yourself accountable with your mates by your side and join in on the fun!

Includes:

– Access to training systems including our strength, metabolic-conditioning & boxing program on a daily basis. – Monthly progressive-overload strength programs. – Long term commitment to training. We offer an off-peak casual gym membership. – Expert coaching through technique analysis and regular check ins and testing.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Have a sports team that needs assistance with strength and conditioning? We’re your gym! In consultation with the Head Coach, we prepare and manage a strength & conditioning program to suit your teams’ needs. If you want to take your teams performance to the next level, then a TWM S&C program will see the team fitter, faster and stronger than ever.

Includes

– Pre-programmed and progressively overloaded running programs in a periodisation method. – Injury prevention screening, injury prevention programs & injury management in consultation with health professionals. – Progressively overloaded strength programs sequentially focusing on endurance, muscle building, strength & power. – Constant endurance, strength analysis and fitness testing. – Ongoing support for athletes and coaches

TRAINING CAMPS

Our training camps involve a 2 x days of constant training and learning. We uncover the keys to living a healthy, happy and balanced life. The weekened sees a number of guest speakers and external coaches who will push you out of your comfort zone like never before!

Includes

– Up to 5 x training sessions combing a mixture of different training methods and activities.

– Up to 10 x educational presentations focusing on a wide range of topics, including:

  • Resilience
  • Goal Setting
  • Training Methods
  • Nutrition for self-nourishment and wellness
  • Gratitude, empathy and mindfulness.

COMMUNITY EVENTS

As a supportive fitness community we aim to bring all of our local community together to participate in unique events, fundraisers, fun runs + much, much more to do something good in our community.

Over the past 9 years we have raised tens of thousands of dollars for charities, disadvantaged communities and other people in need. In 2020, we raised $18,000 for the Stroke Foundation for our inaugural event – TWM’s STRIDE4STROKE. We run community events every quarter that range from rock climbing, surfing, hiking, running, cycling, fundraiser bootcamps, amazing races, book drives PLUS MORE!

WORKSHOPS

At TWM, we aim to educate our clients and community on all of the important elements of health, fitness, training and well-being.

Our workshops breakdown the scientific jargon into layman’s terms. This will help you to better understand the impacts of training on your health and how you can enhance this impact.

We look at a range of topics – breaking down the mechanics of a deadlift, squat and bench press through to unpacking diet types, strength training and common sports injuries.
