Health is multi-dimensional, meaning overall high levels of all will lead to an increase in happiness and wellness. I want you to rate yourself out of 10 on each of the 7 wellness areas below. There is no criteria, it is your own subjective measure of self- evaluation.

Now identify which areas of your life are currently down compared to the others which are currently high.

1. Create a 6-12 week calendar plan your schedule. Stick this on your fridge.
2. Create your own weekly benchmark or challenge
3. Mentor someone else and train with them!
4. Try a completely different form of exercise, activity or routine
