I like to think “what is it that drives me?” Most often this is oriented around family, friends, health, $, career and spiritual components.



2. WHAT DO YOU VALUE MOST This might be things like honesty, trust, resilience, love, humility.

Every person has different values. Don’t use other peoples values to determine yours and don’t try to put your values onto others.

3. DEVELOP A ‘CONTROLLED’ v ‘MANIC’ LIST

Write down what is actually ordered and controlled AND What isn’t working, manic and that you want to change.

Use these components to formulate 3 KEY VALUES and 3 KEY AREAS of your life you want to work on.

Don’t rush this!
